        They're soft, high quality, and made to last.

        Can I buy an outfit without a Pal?

        Yes! Order from the outfits section and you will receive the outfits only.

        How long does shipping take?

        Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and arrive in 7-14 business days depending on your location.

        How do I care for my Pals and outfits?

        We recommend gentle cleaning with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry to keep your Pals soft and safe.
